PACKAGE ONE 
Four-Hour Rental: $300 (days and nights)
Includes standard amenities, standard e-vite, and complimentary party checklist.

PACKAGE TWO 
Four-Hour Rental $450 (days and nights)

ncludes standard amenities plus a 30-minute consult with a Creative Director, party checklist, standard paper products, tablecloths, standard cake topper, bunting and table decor, custom e-vite, and non-alcoholic drink and a snack. Max 24 attendees. 

PACKAGE THREE
Six-Hour Rental: $650 (
days and nights)
I
ncludes all standard amenities plus a 30-minute consult with a creative director, party checklist, and themed paper product.

OVERNIGHT GLAMPING (ADULTS & KIDS PARTIES) 
$500 per night for up to 8 people | $63 per person 
Check-In: 2 P.M. | Check-Out: 11 A.M.
Friday: $950 per night for up to 15 people |

  • Setup/Tear down 
  • Tents with 4in mattresses for up to 8
  • Standard Glamping Decor
For over 15 guests add an additional $25 per person
Please bring your own sleeping bags, bedding and pillows.

Four Hour Rental: $300
Business/Education: $600 ​(8 A.M. – 4 P.M.)

BAR AND LIQUOR SERVICES
Due to Iowa laws no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed. Please contact us for pricing for of bar and liquor services.

A $300 cleaning fee is added to all weddings/receptions.
